We are a fully licensed office waste clearance service, and can collect from any floor in your building at short notice, anywhere around the Teesside and the North East. We always recycle as much as possible on every clearance. We will remove just a single office chair to a complete office building clearance, for all end of lease clear outs. Our office recycling service allows us to recycle where we can, on everything we collect from your business.

Glass Bottle Recycling
If you don’t have much space to store or you want to clear all your bottles on a regular basis then we are able to provide a collection service within 24 hours of contact. Once all your bottles are collected we then send the glass to our glass recycling department where your glass is crushed and recycled to provide new recycled glass bottles and jars for reuse.

Sharps are carelessly discarded by their users and pose a very real threat to the health and safety of the public and employees that should not be underestimated, blood borne viruses such as HIV, Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B are highly infectious and any contact with them can have very serious and sometimes life-threatening consequences.
Clear It! (Teesside) Ltd offer a service to collect and remove sharps from all locations including the public places to void these types of dangers to human beings by offering the following services: –
- Undertake sweeps for sharps in a variety of locations including void properties, lofts, gardens, and public places etc.
- Removing sharps and disposing them safely at legally registered clinical waste transfer site (sharps are classed as clinical waste and as such need to be disposed of accordingly in the correct manner always).
Clear It! (Teesside) Ltd staff are trained, insured, and experienced in undertaking these types of sweeps as this service can be offered on its own, or as part of a total void property clearance service.

As a small business, with lots of waste to clear each week, we have tried a couple of other companies over the years, who initially offer great prices, then take us for granted and up our prices-in some cases doubling it!!!
The guys here are consistent with their collections, message when they are due to come, send invoices after each collection which we pay straight away and are offering us a consistent removal of our business waste at an agreed price.
